Kenneth Kidwell Obituary


Kenneth E. Kidwell, 79, passed away May 30, 2011. He was born on March 10, 1932 in Ednor, Maryland.

Kenneth served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from the Washington Gas Light Company. Kenneth moved to Florida from Alexandria, VA in 1986.

He was a member of Masonic Lodge-Hope #20, Washington, DC, American Legion Post 117, Palm Bay, FL, and VFW Post 4425, Micco, FL.

Kenneth is survived by son, Jeffrey (Lori) Kidwell of Albuquerque, NM; daughter, Kelli (Ken) Garber of Hagerstown, MD; brothers, Roy Kidwell of Severn, MD, and Tom Kidwell of the Eastern Shore of Maryland; sister, Lorraine Comer of Virginia; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and his beloved dog, Jackpot.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Kenneth's name to the Masonic and Eastern Home, Baltimore, MD.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, June 5, 2011 in the chapel of Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home.
