I was privileged to get to know Silvio through his wonderful connection to Penn State University and his generosity thereto. To Jolene and his wonderful grandchildren and all the others in his family who will miss him terribly, I extend my deepest sympathy. What a special friend he was to all! Most sincerely, Janet Doyle

I am so sorry to learn about Sil. Although I knew him briefly, I respected his opinions when he served with me on the Rules Committee and always paid attention whenenver he spoke at Board Meetings. He was an asset indeed to Palm Bay Estates!
