I had the pleasure of knowing Frances at Melbourne Terrace. We always were smiling at each other and I was always happy to see her. I shall miss her sweet nature.

I had the pleasure of knowing Frances as one of her nurses at Melbourne Terrace. Even after she moved to another hall, we always smiled and were both happy to see each other. A sweet, gentle lady. I shall miss her.

What a sweet and gentle soul... a pure blessing to all that came in contact with her. I'm glad I was able to know Frances for a short time.
