DAVID ELLINOR Obituary

David R. Ellinor Punta Gorda David R. Ellinor, 67, died peacefully on Friday, October 15, 2010. David was a native & lifelong Floridi an who was born in Miami before moving to Rock ledge, where he graduated from Cocoa High School. He then earned a degree in Accounting from Florida State University. David worked as an accountant for the Internal Revenue Service in Tampa before a long career as a business man in the central Florida citrus industry, including service as a Director for both the Elfers and the Winter Haven Citrus Grow ers Associations. He retired to Punta Gorda where he enjoyed fishing and wildlife photography and was a member of the Hansen Range & Gun Club. He is survived by his loving children, daughter, Beth (Dan) Ceilley of Fort Myers; son, Andy (Amy) of Odessa; and four grand daughters, Abigail, Dinah, Mary Louise, and Leila.

So very sorry to hear of your fathers passing, I knew him as a boy growing up in Rockledge...Fond memories of all the Elinor's back in the 40's and 50's, & 60's I left the area in the 60's and lost track of a lot of people then....but have kept in touch with Susan...Again my prayers are with all of you at this time...Judy Parker Griffis
