Coach Rose was my football and baseball coach at Potterville High (Michigan). A great monitor and competitor.

You were one of the greats at Eau Gallie High. I owe everything to you. If it weren’t for you I would have never buckled down and graduated. Thank you!!! To Mr. Rose’s family, my deepest condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Peggy,
Elmer was such a special guy and it was wonderful of you to share him with all of us. I know you have many great memories of your life together and they will help yo get through each day. All of your friends are here and you may have to call us when you are not so busy but we are all thinking of you and your family. I treasure the years I taught with Elmer and the cruises we went on together.
Love,
Marie and Gerry

Peggy,
I am so sorry for your loss. I only met Herman a few times and what a great man he was.
I am sure he touched many lives and those fortunate individuals will always carry with them the knowledge he shared.
He will be missed by many and remembered by thousands...he was just that kind of man.

Mr. Rose,
Thank you for making a difference in so many people's lives. As I have matured I realize how much of a gift our teachers really are. I know I was a hand full at times and I apologize for that. You made an impact on my life and many others at EGHS and I thank you.
Rest in peace.
