Zach was a bright light on a dreary day. It was always my pleasure to work with him on real estate transactions. You will be missed.

Mr. Zacharias, was my landlord for 16 years at English Park. I lived in 251 and 279 until he sold the apartment so i had to moved again. He was a very good landlord. The last time I spoke with him when he called me at work to thank me for leaving his apartment spotless. We talked for at least 30 minutes everytime I dropped off my rent. I will miss him dearly. He was the best landlord ever and a very understanding person. I can say a lot more about him, he really was a wonderful landlord. Rest in Peace, Mr. Zacharias.
