Patricia Jolley Tarver, 61, of Mims, passed away on April 21, 2013 at home from complications from respiratory illness, following several bouts of pneumonia in the past year. She was born on November 20, 1951 in Norfolk, Virginia. She was a Licensed Barber.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Myrldene D. Jolley and Grace Lominac Dillon. Patti is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Larry D. Tarver; sister, Dootsie Jolley; brother, Gordon Jolley; step-daughters, Jennifer Tarver and Sarah Patch; nieces, Rachel Jolley and Tamara Jones; nephew, Dale Jones; and grandsons, Anthony James, Keenan Patch, Logan Tarver and Tyson Parsons.
Patti loved playing her guitar, piano, singing, Harley Davidson motorcycles, tattoos, people and her dogs. She always made you feel special. She loved The Lord and loved and forgave easily. When she was able, she lived life to the fullest.
Patti's wish was for her body to be donated to Shands Teaching Hospital in Gainesville. No memorial services are planned at this time.
