William "Neil" Hall, aka Mr. Moon, Bill, Daddy, Poppal and Grampy, 82, of Mims, passed away Monday, October 15, 2012. He was born December 6, 1929, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late W.C. and Ruie Hall.
His passions in life were his wife, family, flying airplanes, cars and collecting junk. Known for being outspoken and active in community meetings involving political and environmental issues, William had a forceful, domineering, possessive and opinionated personality who always looked out for his family.
Survivors include his wife with whom he shared a 61 year life-long adventure, Lorena Hall; two daughters, Debbie Tabur and Tamara Renee Towne (Kenton B.); three grandchildren, Kimberly Dignan, Christopher William Tabur and Summer "Tyme" Renee Towne; one great grandchild, Ciera Violet Dignan; three grand dachshunds, Dimo, Taffy and Mocha; six grand horses, Prince, Puppet, Cowboy, Brayden, Sprite and Winter; Tillie and Mic; and many extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, October 19, 2012, at North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 20, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Francis or Comfort Keepers of Titusville.
