Cocoa Beach, FL
Barbara Iannaccone (nee Leutz) 65, of Cocoa Beach Florida, and formerly of St. James and Brooklyn, NY; passed away peacefully on Friday April 18, 2014 surrounded by friends and family.
Barbara is survived by her two sons; Michael of Tampa, FL and Chris of Denver, CO. Barbara was predeceased by her parents, George and Helen Leutz; and her brothers, James E. Leutz and George E. Leutz III.
In 2000 she moved to Cocoa Beach, FL. She found a great condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, set up home and started working in a number of assisted living facilities in the vicinity where she worked as an Assistant Director of Nursing and a weekend Supervisor. Barbara was last employed at Courtney Springs Village.
Barbara was a loving mother and wife, and a good friend who enjoyed a good cigar once in a while, and a hearty laugh all the time. A true "what-you-see" Brooklyn girl with a big heart and infectious smile that will be missed by all. The world is a less interesting place without her in it. All our love Babs.
