Almett ("Al") Nageeb Mosrie died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on May 16, 2014 following an extended illness. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
Mr. Mosrie was born in Princeton, WV on September 14, 1940. He graduated from WVU School of Pharmacy andmoved to Florida in 1964, where he practiced as a dedicated licensed pharmacist for 47 years in Brevard County.
Mr. Mosrie also had an interest in real estate development and was a licensed Real Estate Broker. He was also an avid coin collector. He was a proud member of A&A Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, 32nd Degree for 39 years, and a member of the Brevard Lodge.
Mr. Mosrie was preceded in death by his parents, Jameeleh and Nageeb Mosrie and sister, Linda Ann Mosrie. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Mona Mosrie; daughter, Amanda Summer Mosrie; son, James Amier Mosrie (wife Hiba); grandson, Ryan James Mosrie and his brother, Dr. Azett Mosrie, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home in Viera on Saturday, from 4pm till 7pm and services will be on Sunday, at 1pm at the Funeral Home.
