Warren F. Foster
Warren F. Foster, 91, of Indialantic, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 in Melbourne. Warren was a Financial Planner who started 'Medical Management', working with MDs throughout the state. He moved to Brevard in 1964 from Ft. Lauderdale and was an active member of The First United Methodist Church of Melbourne.
He received his BBA and JD from the University of Cincinnati, an Honorary Doctorate in Science from FIT, and was a graduate of the School of Banking from Rutgers. He founded Palm Bay Estates, Palm Bay Plaza, Your House of Interior Design and Coast to Coast Properties.
He was a past member and Chapter Chairman of the Red Cross, Past President of Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, Past Trustee of Bethune Cookman College; he also served as Board Chairman for Circles of Care. In the community he was a member of the Board and served as Fleet Captain of EGYC and was a member of the Indialantic Rotary Club.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Evelyn; daughter, Pam Pont; son, Gary; and grandchildren, Kristen, Tracy and Nicole.
A Celebration of Warren's life will be held on Thursday June 26th at 1 pm in the First United Methodist Church of Melbourne. Donations in his memory may be made to First United Methodist Church of Melbourne, The Cancer Care Foundation 'Evelyn Foster Endowment' or The Health First Foundation.
