Time has taken me from you,
Although not very far.
I'll be watching through the sunshine
And through the brightest star.
I'll be watching all of you,
From the heavens up above.
So take good care of each other
And carry all my love.
If you're ever wondering
If I'm there, here's where you can start.
Take a look inside yourself
Deep within your heart.
I'll always be your uncle,
I'll always be your friend.
So anytime you need me,
Close your eyes I'm back again.
Uncle Tom, I will always remember our phone conversations, my visit to see you last February and our trip to the flea market. I will never forget you telling me "we will be there in a little while it's just 15 minutes up the road" and about an hour later, we arrived at the flea market. No sense of timing. Mark and I are so thankful we got to see you before you left this world. Please know you are missed and you will be thought of often. Don't forget, you promised to come visit us in Texas. Keep visiting us. You will remain, forever in our hearts.
