Frank Warren Putnam, of Cocoa, 77, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2011. Frank was born in San Antonio, Texas on September 6, 1933.

He joined the United States Air Force and served 15 years. He was stationed in Alaska, the North Pole, Patrick Air Force Base and North Dakota. He returned to Brevard County in the early 1960's.

Frank worked at Kennedy Space Center for Government Services Administration as a manager of the Motorpool, he also worked in the Seized Property Department for Air force Bases covering South East U.S.A. In 1973 thru 1989, he joined the Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary and became Lt. Commander for fourteen years. For the last ten years, he served as U.S. Marshall for South East Florida. He retired after 41 years with the Government.

Frank was a Little League President/Coach of the South Merritt Island Little League in the 1960's with his three sons, Charles, Robert and Richard. He was a loving, caring family man and believed that God and his family were important.

Frank is survived by his wife, Clare Putnam; her children, Joe Toscano M.D., his wife, Laurie, and their two sons, Andrew and Matthew, Lisa Byl and her two daughters, Jackie and Stephanie, Giovanni Toscano and Frank Toscano II. Frank is also survived by his three sons, Charles Putnam, his wife, Mary, and their children, Charles Warren Putnam, Christina and Justin Grantham, Crystal and Toni. Robert and Cindi Putnam. Richard H. Putnam, his wife, Pamela, and their children, Miranda Ortiz, April and Guillermo Villegas, and grandchildren Hailey, Amaya, Brianna, Taren and Joshua. Great-grandchildren, Kyler and Kobie.

Dad, You may not be here with us today, but the memories of you will stay in our hearts forever. We will think of you always.

Viewing will be held Wednesday, May 4th from 6-8 p.m. and Funeral Services with Burial will be Thursday, May 5th at 11 a.m. Both will take place at Florida Memorial Gardens, Rockledge.
