Scott Alan Metcalf
Melbourne
Scott Alan Metcalf pas- sed away November 14, 2012, at the age of 48.
He is survived by his wife, Kellie; children, Travis and Shelby; parents, Roger Metcalf and Barbara Selig; sisters, Debbie, Dawn, and Tammy; nephews, Casey, Carter, and Thomas; niece, Katee; and loving Aunts and Uncles.
He was known by many people and in many ways. Whether you were one of the family, a fellow pool builder, a wannabe upholsterer, a fishing buddy, a Little League player, one of the guys at poker, a fellow Redskins fan, pulled for Rowdy Busch, loved to play golf, or spent your weekends at the Rodeo, you knew what a special person he was. It just may have been as Bubba, Scuba Steve, Freak, or Captain Ron.
Scott was a career pool builder and a damn good one, too. Beginning at the age of 15, he would later become President and Owner of Florida Pool & Spa.
Services are being provided by Florida Memorial Funeral Home www.floridamemorialfh-gardens.com. Following the Remembrance on Monday, a Celebration of Scott's life will be held at the Wickham Park Pavilion at 3:00 PM.
Donations may be made in Scott's name to the
, The Coalition for the Hungry and Homeless of Brevard, or Discover Life Church.
