Ann Westcott Futch
Ann Westcott Futch, 35, of Mims Florida, passed away on August 11, 2013, after a hard-fought battle with brain cancer.
Ann was born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, on October 31, 1977, and moved to Florida in 1984 with her family. Ann loved family outdoor activities, especially camping and horseback riding.
Ann is a graduate of Astronaut High School and Valencia College's Dental Hygiene Program. She loved her job at Dr. Baker's dental office in Titusville, where she was a favorite of patients and colleagues alike.
Ann's continued faith throughout her illness inspired many, and the list of friends she leaves behind is long. She touched everyone who met her with her quick wit, charm and disarming smile. Ann's greatest passion was helping people. She was a natural at making people feel good about themselves and their place in this world.
Ann is survived by her husband, Lee; children, Taylor and Kara; mother, Paula Westcott of Titusville; father, Robert Westcott (Barbara) of Deltona; and brother, Daniel Westcott (Emma) of Ridgefield, CT.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, August 16, 2013, at St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Titusville.
