Marilyn Lynn Moore Wills, 56, of Langley, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, at St. Joseph Hospital, in Lexington.
Born March 7, 1957, in Floyd County, to the late Jackie Litteral and Lizzie Wallen Akers, she was a retired dispatcher for Overnight and a retired coal miner.
She is survived by a son, Nick (Stacey) Moore, of McDowell; a daughter, Jammie (Mike) Salyer, of Langley; a brother, Carson Akers, of McDowell; four sisters, Freeda Tackett, of Eastern, Margie Gore, of Tennessee, Carolyn Wright, of Lexington, Linda Litteral, of Lexington; five grandchildren, Dustin Evans, Cameron Evans, Draven Salyer, Kadin Moore and Connor Moore; and one great grandchild, Gunner Evans.
Funeral services for Marilyn Lynn Moore Wills will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 19, at First Baptist Church, at McDowell, with First Baptist ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Lucy Hall Cemetery, at McDowell.
Visitation will be all day, Tuesday, at the church.
