Carlos Nadine Spradlin Booth, 79, passed away Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014, at Hospice Care Center, in Lexington.
Born Nov. 2, 1934, at Bonanza, she was the daughter of the late German Lee Spradlin and Allie Coburn Spradlin.
Nadine was a member of the Community United Methodist Church and was a former office manager at Food City.
In addition to her parents, Nadine was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence William "Bill" Booth, on Dec. 9, 2011; a sister, Jewell Tossem; and a brother, Roger A. Spradlin.
Survivors include a son, William "Billy" Roger Booth, of Prestonsburg; a brother, David Bruce Spradlin, of Greenville, S.C.; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Jan. 12, at Community United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jim Savage officiating. Burial was in the Mayo Cemetery, in Prestonsburg.
The family entrusted arrangements to the Carter Funeral Home.
