Frances Branham

Frances Branham, 96, of Prestonsburg, widow of Allie Jason Branham, died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014.

Born June 27, 1918, in Prestonsburg, to the late Malcolm and Rebecca Harmon Hubbard, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by a son, Glenn Branham, of Gallipolis, Ohio; two daughters, Rebecca Wells and and Sally J. Hall, both of Prestonsburg; six grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard Harmon Hubbard, Joseph H. Hubbard and James Bruce Hubbard; six sisters, Avonelle Johnson, Grace Branham, Clara Barton Dutko, Georgia Ann Hubbard, Imogene Hackworth and Amanda Hubbard; and a special adopted brother, Elmer Slone.

Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 11, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, with Jim Stevens and Robert Ousley officiating. Burial followed in the Hubbard Cemetery, at Spurlock, in Prestonsburg.
