GENEVA - Rohlin L. Bosch, 95, of Geneva, passed away on Saturday (January 18, 2014) at the Living Center North. Family and friends may call at the DeVaney-Bennett Funeral Home, 181 N. Main St., Geneva on Wednesday (Jan. 22) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The American Legion Winnek Post 396 will meet at 6:30 p.m. for a service for their departed brother. Funeral Services will be at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday (Jan. 23) in the funeral home and a Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. in St. Stephen's Church, 48 Pulteney St. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery.

Rohlin was born in Odessa, N.Y. He was the son of the late Louis H. and Clara Federkile Bosch. He graduated from Waterloo High School in 1936. He then graduated from Hemphill Diesel Engineering School in N.Y. He attended R.I.T. in Rochester and Cornell University in Ithaca. Rohlin served his country in the Army Air Force during WWII from 1943-45. He was employed at the American Can Co. and later retired from the U.S. Post Office in Geneva after 32 years of service. Rohlin was an active member and past commander of the American Legion Winnek Post 396. He served on the pool planning committee and was involved with Bingo for over 20 years. He was a member of Geneva Country Club and St. Stephen's Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret; daughter, Sandi (Andy) Siwak of Himrod, N.Y.; son, Terrence (Sandra) Bosch of Geneva, N.Y.; grandson, Ryan (Paige) Snyder of Camp Pendleton, Calif. and great-granddaughter, Camryn.
