LYONS- Billy P. Clevenger, 74, of State Route 14, went to be with the Lord on Saturday (February 26, 2011), while vacationing in Florida.

Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday (March 3) at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday (March 4). Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Lyons.
For those wishing, memorials may be directed to the Town of Lyons Ambulance.
Billy was born on April 28, 1935 in Amaranth, Penn., a son to the late William and Jessie Mellott Clevenger. He was an eight year veteran of the Navy and was employed through the years at Garlock in Palmyra and retired from Parker-Hannifin in Clyde as a tool and die maker.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Lyons.
Billy is survived by his loving and caring wife, Grace (Jordan), of 54 years; daughter, Paula Marr (George Lauster) of Lyons; granddaughters: Meghan (Justin) Gualtieri of Rome and Mackenzie Marr of Rochester; great-grandson, Dominic "Patrick" Gualtieri; siblings: Mildred Powers of Maryland, June (Harold) Smith of Wolcott, Bonnie Smith of North Rose and Ray (Margie) Clevenger of North Rose; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his siblings: Dale, Charles, Ivan Pauline, Adrienne and Nancy.
