CATO - Mildred M. Brown, 77, of the DeMay Living Center in Newark, passed away Wednesday (January 25, 2012).

Family and friends may call on Monday (January 30) from noon to 2:30 p.m. at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St. in Lyons. A graveside service will follow calling at 3 p.m. at Huron Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Red Hat Society at the DeMay Living Center.
Mildred was born December 8, 1934 in Auburn, a daughter to the late Milo and Margaret Janus Bell. She was an avid Bingo player and was a "Red Hat" Society Member.
She is survived by her sons, Jay, Jr., of Greece, Jimmy (Linda) of Syracuse; daughters, Janice (Keith) Hastings of Red Creek and Shirley (Paul) Jones of Sterling; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Anna Roloson of Newark and Emma (Robert) Grismer of Florida; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Jay in 2002; son, Robert in 1966; four brothers, Richard, Joe, David, and Jim Bell; and one sister, Thelma Bell.
