Betsy,
So sorry to hear of Sandy's death from Mom in Florida.
He was such a special person and most generous neighbor to my parents. You and he were especially there for my Mom since Dad's
death a year ago...I can hear him now, "whatever you need Agnes" despite his own overwhelming health issues. Please except our heartfelt condolences. I like to think Dad was there to greet him at the pearly gates with a nine iron in his hand. God bless You and your family Betsy.

My deepest condolences to the Pronti family. Sandy was my friend, classmate and teammate. As is the case with most, we saw each other less frequently after graduating from DeSales. However, on those occasions Sandy had that way of making it seem as if we saw each other the day before. I believe that is the definition of true friendship. He enriched the lives of all that knew him. Goodby old friend.

The Penn Yan Academy Class of 1961 was indeed blessed to have Sandy Pronti as a member. We were a great bunch of America's best...made even greater by the likes of Sandy Pronti.
Sandy was always a true gentleman...smiled until Hell Froze over...would offer to help anyone. He never took his eyes off the prize...and that was to be the best he could be as a friend and colleague.
Sandy was SAGE and UNDERSTANDING and gave comfort to many who needed guidance. He will never be forgotten. We remaining members of PYA '61 can continue to have him with us just by thinking of him and praising him to those we contact. Encorporate a bit of Sandy Pronti in each of our lives and carry on where he left off. Dr. Wayne Dyer says that we never die as long as friends and family keep our life and Spirit alive and well. It is the least one can do for a true gentleman.
Live on, Sandy Pronti. I will remember you always.
