Rev. Robert Fields Obituary

Rev. Robert "Bob" Fields, age 83, of Forsyth County, passed away Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015.
Bob was of the Baptist faith and pastored several churches in the area for 42 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Essie Fields; brothers, James and Choice Fields; grandchildren, Stacey Baker, Dwayne Callahan, Chris Davis, and Richard Allen Fields; sons-in-law, David Farris and Steve Davis.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marie Fields; children, Gloria and Tommy Warren of Dahlonega, Richard and Sherry Fields of Cumming, Nell Davis of Cumming, Shirley Hardy of Griffin, Brenda and Clarence Gravitt of Alpharetta, Rebecca and Freddie Mills of Rome, Deborah Fields of Griffin, Elaine Farris of Dahlonega, Gail Hall of Cumming, Vickie Norris of Cumming; sister, Edith Callahan of Jasper; 35 grandchildren; 85 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with the Revs. Bill Trotter and Kenneth Pilcher officiating.
The interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
