Adeline Marie Sokolowsky, age 76, of Cumming, passed away at Northeast Georgia Medical Center May 30, 2015.
Born in New Brunswick, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Helen Grealis. She is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Edward Sokolowsky; brothers, Jack, Vincent, and Joseph Grealis; sisters, Katherine Urbanski, Mary Van Ness, and Claire Albert.
Addie is survived by her children, Raymond and Susan Sokolowsky of Cumming, Christine and Jay Gregg of Woodstock, and Michael and Mary Sokolowsky of Gainesville; sister, Bernadette Coffey of Helmetta, N.J.; and grandchildren, Lauren Sokolowsky, Lindsay Sokolowsky and Victoria Gregg.
A memorial mass will be held at noon Wednesday, June 3, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Cumming.
In addition to flowers, the family appreciates donations made to the (http://www.diabetes.org/) in honor of Addie.
