Annette "Peach" Hochstetler, passed away at Emory Johns Creek Hospital Sunday, March 20, 2016 in Atlanta, on her 83rd birthday following complications after a recent surgery.
Peach got the best birthday present that she could have received on Sunday, she's no longer in pain and got to celebrate her birthday with her Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. We have been blessed to spend time with her on this earth and we are so glad she is free from her suffering. We are sad and will miss her greatly, but we do not mourn without hope.
She was born March 20, 1933 in Ashland, Ohio and married her high school sweetheart, Paul in 1952. They were married 64 years and have lived in Ashland, Atlanta, Chattanooga, Tennessee and Sugar Hill.
Peach is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Mildred Olds of Ashland; sisters, Sonya Rader of Ashland, and Dawn "Dee Dee" Capogreca (Bob) of Melbourne, Fla.; daughter, Robin Lee Hochstetler of Columbus, Ohio; and grandson, Kristopher Anderson of Cumming.
Surviving is her husband, Paul; her brother, Edwin "Butch" Olds (Kay) of Carolina Shores, N.C.; Holly Anderson (Ken) of Cumming; Heather Woosley (Dan) of Hoover, Ala.; and Greg Hochstetler (Cathy) of Cumming; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation for friends and family will be held Saturday, March 26, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., followed by a celebration of Peach's life at 2 p.m., at Christ the King Lutheran Church. The church is located at 1125 Bettis Tribble Gap Road in Cumming. Pastor Erik Allen officiating.
