Annie Etheleen Pilcher, age 82, of Cumming passed away Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014. Mrs. Pilcher was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Glenn Pilcher; and her parents, Mack and Mary Duran.
Etheleen is survived by her children, Dennis and Donna Pilcher of Helen, the Rev. Jack and Pam Pilcher of Dawsonville, the Rev. Rodney and Judy Pilcher of Dawsonville, Sandra and Earl Buice of Dawsonville, the Rev. Steve and Denise Pilcher of Dawsonville, Connie and the Rev. Shane Milford of Cumming; sisters and brother-in-law, Gladysteen Pirkle of Cumming, Elaine and Herman Tallant of Cumming; brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Linda Duran of Cumming, Thurman and Amelia Duran of Cumming, and Davis and Barbara Duran of Cumming; sisters-in-law, Katherine Pilcher of Loganville, Dot Pilcher of Cumming; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 23, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church with the Revs. Cecil Pruitt, Wilson Pruitt, Ruel Martin and Dusty Holtzclaw officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will received friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service..
