Austin Nicole Evans, age 7 weeks, passed away Feb. 7, 2011, at Northside Hospital Atlanta, with her loving parents, David and Jamie Evans of Cumming at her side.
In addition to her parents, Austin is survived by her grandparents, David and Velinda Evans Jr. of Cumming, Jerald and Jackie Harmon of Hiram; great-grandparents, Timothy and Catherine Harden of Athens, David and Thelma Evans Sr. of Cumming, Thomas and Jackie Harmon of Pensacola, Fla., Cecil and Darlene Hicks of Powder Springs; aunts and uncles, Jeremy (Vanessa) Harmon of Dallas, Jason Harmon of Woodstock, Coy (Tammy) Yonce of Newberry, S.C., Jason Evans of Athens; and cousins, Audrey Yonce, and Natalie, Ansleigh and Andrew Harmon.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 11, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Woods officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens in Cumming. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, Feb. 11, from noon to 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Austin's memory to the March of Dimes at www.marchofdimes.com.
