Bobby Dean Bagby, age 54, of Zeeland, Mich., formerly of Silver City, passed away suddenly Feb. 12, 2015.
He was of the Baptist faith and most recently attended Central Wesleyan Church in Holland, Mich.
Bobby earned a bachelor's degree from North Georgia College and a master's degree at Clemson University where he developed a lifelong love of Clemson Tiger Football. He was happiest when he was surrounded by his family and especially loved being a "Papa" to his two grandchildren.
Bobby was preceded in death by parents, Loyd "Cup" Bagby and Grace Bagby; sister, Marsha Hall.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Penny Bagby; children, Raina and Kyle Baker, Chelsea Bagby, Ben Bagby; grandchildren, Lainey and Silas Baker; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Brenda Bagby; mother and father-in-law, Cecil and Sandra Bennett; brothers and sisters-in-law, Darle Hall, Phillip and Teresa Burt, Russ and Susan Bennett; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 21, at 11 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church in Dawsonville with the Rev. Dennis Bottoms and the Rev. Phillip Burt officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, Feb. 20, from 5-8 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home.
