Caroline Smith Warner, 75, of Suwanee passed away at her home on Feb. 21, 2011. A longtime resident of Cobb County, she was an educator for 36 years and was supervisor of elementary instruction for 15 years. She was born Caroline Smith Willson to the late Frank and Ruth Willson and was the wife of her beloved husband, the late Jack E. Warner.
Mrs. Warner is survived by her daughter, Lydia (Sep) Khameneh of Suwanee; sisters, Frances Corlew of Knoxville, Tenn., Bunny Evans of Savannah, Dot Stoess of Crestwood, Ky.; brothers, Bill Willson of Athens, Tenn., Eb Willson of Knoxville, Tenn.; and her most beloved grandchildren, Caroline and Jonathan Khameneh.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Drew Prince officiating. Interment will follow at Sawneee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, Feb. 23 from 10–11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
