Catherine Ann Wetter, 84, of Ball Ground passed away Jan. 13, 2013. A native of Queens, N.Y., she moved to Georgia 22 years ago after retiring from the NYPD Detective Division. She was predeceased by her parents; and sister, Joan Kinsey.
She was the loving wife of Gene for the past 66 years; beloved mother of Gene II (Mary), Kurt, Chris Case (Steve), Catherine Autry (Herman), Barbara deStefano (Tom), Mark, Karl and Bill; cherished grandmother, aunt, and great-grandmother. Survived is also survived by her sister, Pat D'Amico of Pennsylvania; brother, Tom Dudley of Maine.
Reposing is at McDonald and Son Funeral Home in Cumming. Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 11 a.m. at Church of the Good Shepherd in Cumming. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Jan. 15, from 5-8 p.m.
