Clay Fowler, age 45, of Cumming passed away Friday, Oct. 19, 2012. He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael (Doobie) Fowler.
He is survived by his children, Megan Ann (age 9) and Pete Anthony (age 5) Fowler of Cumming; mother and father, Elmer (Pete) and Betty J. Fowler of Mineral Bluff; brother and sisters, Johnny R. (Barbara) Fowler of Murrayville, Teresa Ann (Wayne) Greenway of Gainesville, Martha Lancaster of Cumming; godfather, Smokie Ingram of Cumming; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 1 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Harold Bottoms, the Rev. Gary Coffey and the Rev. Alan Dixon officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home Monday, Oct. 22, from noon to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct. 23, from 10 a.m. until hour of the service.
