Edith A. Morris, 90, of Cumming passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Born in Alpharetta, she was preceded in death by her parents, George and Myrtle Nichols.
Mrs. Morris was a longtime member of Union Hill Baptist Church in Alpharetta and also a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Cumming. She loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Randall Morris of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, George and Patricia Morris of Erie, Colo.; son, Danny Morris of Cumming; granddaughter, Kristen (Brian) Kohuch; granddaughter, Amanda (Stephen) Gardner; grandson, David Morris; great-grandchildren, Isabel and Cordelia Kohuch, Pierson Suggs, Amelia Gardner, and Gabriel Morris.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 25, at 2 p.m. in the McDonald and Son Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday, March 24, from 3-5 p.m. A private interment will follow in the Alpharetta City Cemetery.
