Frank McGee, age 76, and a native of Forsyth County, passed away Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013. He was a member of Beaver Ruin Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon, was a former Sunday school superintendent, church clerk and song leader. He loved the Lord and his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Lorene McGee; and brother, Joe McGee.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Peggy McGee of Canton; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Mark Lewis of Ball Ground; sons, James Tony McGee of Cumming, Terry Franklin McGee of Canton; brother and sister-in-law, Donnie and Dianne McGee of Alpharetta; mother-in-law, Winnie Turner of Canton; grandchildren, Jaimee and Adam Moss of Ball Ground, Terra and Kevin Richards†of Cumming; great-grandson, Davis; step granddaughter, Ashley Lewis of Marietta; step great-grandson, Canaan; several sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 2, at 11 a.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Michael Millwood, the Rev. Roger Shadburn and the Rev. Dan Henderson officiating. Interment followed in Smith Cemetery.
