Harry Howard Honsberger, 81, of Cumming GA (and formerly of Atlanta) died on July 16, 2010 at Embracing Hospice House. Born in Grand Rapids, MI, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Dorothy Honsberger.
While in high school, Harry place 2nd in the state of Florida in tennis - and continue this passion through life. He was also an avid golfer. He attended Stetson University and served in the US Army in Korea, Japan and Germany - retiring as a full Colonel. Harry was a lifetime member of the Military Officers of America (MOOA).
Harry is survived by his beloved wife, Zareta Honsberger of Cumming, GA; daughters, Diane (Al) Flowers of Pawleys Island, SC, Alice (Bill) Mull of Rydal, GA and Pam (Frank) Honkanen of Huntsville, AL; and grandchildren, Grant and Andrew Flowers and Matthew and Leah Honkanen.

Graveside services, with full military honors, will be held 2:30 pm on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the (www.americanheart.org) or (www.cancer.org).
