Hoyt R. Eubanks, age 86 of Cumming passed away Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015. A lifelong resident of Forsyth County, Mr. Eubanks was retired from the City of Cumming. He was an active member of Haw Creek Baptist Church and was also a member of Lafayette Lodge #44 F&AM for over 50 years and the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include his wife, Betty J. Eubanks; daughters and son-in-law, Linda E. Wallace, Patsy E. and Bill Owens; sister, Betty
Tate; grandchildren, Jennifer M. Hamby, Lee Monkus, Sarah and Lauren Owens; great-grandchildren, Josiah Hamby, Abigail Hamby; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services were Saturday, Jan. 24, in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home where the Rev. Larry Vaughan, the Rev. Horace
Richards and the Rev. Jimmy Hamby officiated.
