Mr. James Henry Suddeth passed away Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011, at his residence in Taylor County. Mr. Suddeth was born in Taylor County to the late Charlie Frank Suddeth and the late Ida Mae Harper Suddeth. He owned and operated Suddeth Grading and Hauling and attended Heritage Baptist Church in Reynolds. Mr Suddeth was preceded in death by his son, Marshall Suddeth.
He is survived by four daughters, Gail Buffington of Waverly Hall, Gloria Payne of Molena, Jamie (Michael) Turner of Dahlonega, Julie (Joey) Daniel of Cumming; one son, James M. (Mike) Suddeth of Butler; three sisters, Geriald Brannon of Taylor County, Glenda Carpenter of Alabama, Ophelia Byrd; three brothers, Lamar Suddeth, Wille Frank Suddeth, Robert Suddeth, all of Cumming; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 10, in the Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jack Wallace officiating. Burial was in South View Cemetery.
