Mrs. Jane Compton Wagenbrenner, 76, of Cumming, went home on July 13, 2010. Jane was born in Colon, Panama to U.S. parents, Col. William Taylor and Ethel Compton. Jane was a graduate of Dickenson College of Carlisle, Pa., attended Kansas University for graduate school and Hostra College on Long Island, N.Y.
She is survived by her loving husband, Bill; brother, Harry Compton of Bartlesville, Okla.; son, Dean Wagenbrenner; daughters, Tiffany Santi and Wendy Hogan; daughter-in-law, Heather Wagenbrenner, sons-in-law, Roger Santi and Rob Hogan; grandchildren, Chelsea, Brianna, Cameron, Shannon, and Liam Wagenbrenner, Jordan and Jenna Santi, and Jude Hogan; niece, Janene Dunn; nephews, Brett and Kurt Herzog of Smethport, Pa.; and her many friends, neighbors and classmates.
Visitation will be held 7:30-9 p.m. at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Rd., Roswell, GA 30076. Jane will be placed to rest at Green Lawn Cemetery (same address). Jane will be forever remembered and loved as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, teacher and friend.
Family arrangements are under the care of Roswell Funeral Home.
