Joyce Wheeler Anglin, 71, of Carnesville passed away at Northeast Georgia Medical Center on Feb. 2, 2010. Born in Buford, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and Wynell Wheeler. Her beloved husband, Herman Ivan Anglin; and daughter, Kathy Davidson, also preceded her in death. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Joyce will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her sons, Tim (Courtney) Anglin of Dawsonville, David (Shari) Anglin of Dahlonega, Eddie Anglin of Cumming; sister, Fern Tribble of Buford; brothers, Thomas Wheeler of Cumming, Tony Wheeler of Stockbridge, Gary Wheeler of Lawrenceville; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 5, in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home with the Rev. John Waters officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, Feb. 4, from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
