Manuel "Manny" Rodriguez, 76, passed away Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, in Cumming. He worked for the Coca-Cola Company for 43 years, beginning in his native Cuba until his retirement in Atlanta, where he rose to the position of vice president.
A former competitor in the New York City Marathon, Manny lived the words in Ecclesiastes 7:8: "finishing is better than starting. Patience is better than pride."
Our beloved Tito leaves behind his wife, Susana; son, Ken, his wife Jeanne and grandchildren Erik and Kristina; son, Robert and his wife Amy and grandchildren Daniel and Ellie; daughter, Susie, her husband Terry Meier and grandchildren Knox and Beck.
Manny was preceded in death by his parents Carmen and Ceferino Rodriguez; and granddaughter, Susie.
We do not remember days. We remember moments. Thank you Tito for the ones you shared with us.
