Olene Weathersby Garner, 73, of Cumming passed away June 24, 2012. Born in Taylorsville, Miss., she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Garner; daughter, Sharon Sheets; parents, Olan and Olie Weathersby. She was very family-oriented and made many sacrifices for her children and grandchildren, who affectionately called her "Mimi."
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Logue and James Brennan of Warner Robins; son-in-law, Lang Sheets of Buford; stepson, David (Diane) Garner; stepson, Phillip (Lynn) Garner; stepson, Danny Garner; sister, Elizabeth Baaron.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
