Roger Emmett Parrott went to be with the Lord March 21, 2010. Roger moved to Georgia in 1976, from Holland, Mich., as the director of southern operations of Herman Miller Furniture Company based in Zeeland, Mich. He presided over the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce for two years. He was a man of integrity, determination and faith and beloved by everyone.
Roger is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judy; his sons, David and wife Ann, Tom, Rob and wife Rhonda; sister, Alice Marie Ross and husband Johnny; sister-in-law, Beverly Parrott; grandchildren, Kristen, Mitchell, Matthew, Angela, Natasha, Chandler, Michael, Malachi; and great-grandchildren, Kiara, Trey, Tyreese, Daniel, and one yet unborn.
Visitation is Monday, March 22, from 6-9 p.m. at Ingram's Funeral Home. An additional visitation will be Tuesday, March 23, at 3 p.m. at Landmark Church in Norcross. The funeral will be held at Landmark Church at 4 p.m., with dinner afterward. Please join us in celebrating his wonderful life.
