Scotty Eugene Gayton, age 24, of Forsyth County passed away Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012. Scotty was preceded in death by his father, Talmadge (T-Bolt) Gayton; grandparents, Georgia Hause, Roy Sams, Tommy Fouts; great-grandparents, Ralph and Hazel Hause, Bud Nalley.
He is survived by his mother, Lynn Gayton and Ricky Tanner; son, Phillip Eugene Gayton; sister, Cheyenne Tanner; brother, Dillon and Carly Gayton; grandparents, Janet Nalley, Ralph Hause, Martha Sams; great-grandmother, Mildred Nalley; aunts and uncles, Scott and Tina Pass, David and Stacy Marshall, Linda Tanner, John and Vicki Gayton, Carolyn Gayton; other loving family also survive.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 10, at 2 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Troy Williams and the Rev. Ricky Fields officiating. The internment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home Saturday, Dec. 8, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 9, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Monday, Dec. 10, from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
