Walter Hugh Chastain, age 77, of Marietta passed away Dec. 31, 2010. Mr. Chastain was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Ana Rotger Chastain of Marietta; daughter, Linda Chastain Lancaster (Tom) of Troy, Mich.; sons, Robert Chastain (Judy Howle Chastain) of Duluth, Anthony Chastain (Leisa Holbrook Chastain) of Cumming; grandchildren, Rachel and Bob Bryant of Romeo, Mich., Stephen Lancaster of South Bend, Ind.; great-grandchildren, Kezia, Elliana and Shiloh Bryant; sisters, Crystal Picklesimer (Bill) of Cumming, Ann Gravitt (Edwin) of Cumming; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home Tuesday, Jan. 4, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home Monday, Jan. 3, from 6-9 p.m.
