James (Vincent) Joseph Muglia, 85, of Cumming, formerly of Detroit, Mich., and surrounding suburbs until 1989, passed away at home Sunday, June 8, 2014. He was born Dec. 4, 1928, in Detroit, Mich., to Rose and Michael Muglia. He was the eldest son and brother to Maudie, Bob and Lucy.
He married the love of his life, Edie, and they had four children, Kathleen, Sandy, Michael and Peggy. James served his country beginning in 1945 in Occupied Japan and Korea, earning three Bronze Service Stars. He went on to a long career with Ford Motor Company as an engineer. 
He lived with grace, humility and a deep love for his family. His living example was a guiding light.
He is survived by his wife, Edith Ann Holdsworth; children, Kathleen Eugster, Sandy Farmer, Michael Muglia and Peggy Thomas; siblings, Robert Muglia and Lucille Durr; grandchildren, Brandon and Amanda Thomas, Ryan and Justin Farmer, Jonathan, Jesse, Jordan Eugster; and great-grandchild, Donna Jade Eugster.
