Betty Fowler Miller, age 85, of Forsyth County passed away Nov. 27, 2012. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church in Forsyth County. Betty was a retired para pro at Chestatee Elementary, as well as an avid pet lover. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ovelle Burdett; and her first husband, James A. Fowler.

She is survived by her husband, Wallace Miller; children, Mike (Debbie) Fowler of Gainesville, Brenda (Larry) Partee of Dacula, Randy (Connie) Fowler of Cumming, Becky (James) Ivey of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law, Mary (Freeman) Willis of Gainesville; sister-in-law, Patricia Smith of Dawsonville; brother-in-law, Mike Miller; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and other loving relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 30, at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Ingram Funeral Home, with the Rev. Keith Martin, the Rev. Shad Faulkner and the Rev. Jeff Wilkie officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, Nov. 29, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m.
