Marilyn Ewing Obituary
Marilyn Ewing, 63, of Fort Morgan, was born Feb. 4, 1951 to Warren and Viola (Hoff) Amen. She grew up in Pierce and graduated in 1969 from Highland High School in Ault. Marilyn went to the University of Northern Colorado (CSC) to become a teacher and then taught several years in Granby. She moved to Wiggins, Colo., after marrying Wallace Ewing in 1977. She taught at Wiggins Elementary, retiring in 2013 after 39 years of teaching. She is remembered for her kind and generous spirit. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Sarah Buluran (Alex); grandson, Maxx; mother, Viola Amen; and brother, Keith Amen (Peggy). Marilyn was preceded in death by her father, Warren; husband, Wallace; and mother-in-law, Alice Ewing. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 30, at Wiggins Community Church, 423 Dickson St., Wiggins. Contributions may be made to the Marilyn Ewing Memorial Fund.
