Upon returning, she still substituted and volunteered at Columbine school for 12 more years.
She came to know and accept the Lord early in her life and dedicated herself to serving Him being ever so faithful in teaching Sunday school, helping in Vacation Bible School, youth work, camping, and singing in the choir.
The motto she lived by was "Serving The Lord by Serving others." She continued to send Bibles, Christian literature, and money to various mission projects until her life ended here.
