Our deepest condolences to the Starkey family. Jean was a joy to know and to be with. My family has known the Starkey family as long as I can remember and Jean was always so wonderful to us and was a great neighbor. We will keep her and her family in our hearts and prayers.

She was one of a kind! My heart brakes for the family, especially Laura. I am comforted knowing she is with Bill now with no pain, new bodies, and dancing in heaven. She is probably singing right now. Glory be to God, comfort the family and loved ones left behind. Heaven is celebrating the arrival of Jean. Love you Joe, Laura, Ethan and Jessica
