FRANK P. BELL, 92, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at Saint Anne Home & Retirement Community, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Frank was the owner of the National Cigar Store for 57 years, retiring in 2008. He was a U.S. Coast Guard World War II veteran and a member of American Legion Post 82. Surviving are his son, John (Cheryl) Bell of Fort Wayne; daughters, Roseann Bell and Tammy Bell, both of Fort Wayne and Patricia Bell of Hawaii; stepson, Greg Minnick of North Miami, Fla.; six grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and brother, Joseph Bell of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances M. Bell; parents, James and Emma Bell; and son, Carl Bell. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 31, 2014, at Saint Anne Home Chapel, with calling one hour prior. Fr. John Overmyer officiating.
