ISOBEL B. HART, 95, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013 in Pharr, Texas. She was born July 13, 1917 in Baltimore, Md. "Isobel was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and homemaker. She always made sure that her faith, her family and her friends came first." She was a member of the Dorcas Circle at Trinity English Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne before becoming a Texas resident, and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Mission, Texas. She was also a member of the Smilin' Sams Club which she thoroughly enjoyed. Surviving are her daughter, Judy (Dave) Brandenburg of Kansas City, Mo.; granddaughter, Tracie (Tony) Lawe of Kansas City, Mo.; two great-grandchildren, Dustin and Makayla Ogborn of Kansas City, Mo.; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 1/2 years, Howard C. Hart in 2009; and her son, Bob Hart in 1978. A celebration of life service is 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Wayne St. Chapel, 420 W Wayne St., with calling one hour prior. Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Bluffton. Preferred memorials to Trinity English Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne or to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Mission, Texas.
